Users are responsible for selecting the correct venue, date, and slot when making a booking.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Refunds depend on the venue's cancellation policy.

Turf owners must ensure accurate listing information and timely handling of bookings and cancellations.

Fraud, abuse, fake bookings, and misuse of the platform are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Athhlo facilitates bookings but is not responsible for issues arising at the venue itself.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Athhlo constitutes acceptance of changes.
