Location information when you allow location access, including your last allowed approximate coordinates, so Athhlo can show nearby venues and send nearby tournament alerts. You can deny or disable location access in your device or browser settings.

Venue owner information such as venue details, turf details, addresses, pricing, images, settlement preferences, and ownership or verification information.

Device and usage information such as app version, device type, diagnostics, crash logs, and interaction data used to maintain and improve the service.

To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support.

To show sports venues, process bookings, manage slot availability, send booking updates, support cancellations or rescheduling, and recommend or notify you about tournaments near your last allowed location.

To process payments, record payment status, support refunds, and maintain owner settlement records.

To send service messages such as OTPs, booking confirmations, payment updates, reminders, support responses, and owner booking alerts.

To protect Athhlo, prevent fraud, debug issues, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Athhlo uses Razorpay and related banking or payment partners to process online payments. Athhlo does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or bank authentication credentials.

We may store payment references, order IDs, settlement status, refund references, payment method labels, and amounts needed to reconcile bookings and payouts.

We share booking details with the venue or turf owner responsible for fulfilling the booking.

We share payment information with payment processors where needed to complete payments, refunds, reconciliation, and settlements.

We may share information with service providers that help operate Athhlo, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, email, maps, and support tools.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users, owners, Athhlo, or others.

If you enable notifications, Athhlo may send booking confirmations, cancellations, reschedule updates, payment updates, nearby tournament alerts, owner booking alerts, and important account or service messages.

You can manage push notification permissions from your device settings.

We keep account, booking, payment, refund, owner, and support records for as long as needed to provide Athhlo, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.

When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or restrict it according to operational and legal requirements.

You can update profile information in the app. You may request account deletion or data access by emailing support@athhlo.com from your registered email address or by including your registered phone number.

Some booking, payment, refund, tax, fraud prevention, or legal records may need to be retained after account deletion where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information, including encrypted transport, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect user information responsibly.

Athhlo is intended for users who can lawfully use booking and payment services. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Athhlo changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
